After spending 5+ years in the NFL/Europe, injuries undoubtedly derailed my NFL career. Football was more than just a competitive sport; it was a life-changing experience. Of course I enjoyed the travel, the connections made, but it was the undeniable values inherited by playing the game. Football taught me discipline, perseverance, attention to detail, and hard work. These learned skills helped develop an affinity for wanting to own my own business.

After football, I wanted to regain my interest in trucking. As a child, I always took a particular interest in semi-trucks. My curiosity in the trucking industry led me to attend the California Truck Driving Academy where I received top driver in my class. From there, I spent 10 years working in a combination of flatbed, refrigerated, dry van, tanker, hazardous materials, and accumulated over 1 million miles of driving experience. With the knowledge gained, I was certain that starting my own business was the next viable option. By owning my own business, I am able to combine my athletic disciplines with my trucking experience in order to provide excellent customer service.
